Your Role: As an Analyst, Incentives and Commissions at KOKO Networks, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing performance-based incentive programs for the commercial team and key stakeholders, including KOKO Agents. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring accurate and transparent incentive calculations, fostering motivation, and driving the achievement of strategic business goals.What You Will Do
  • Incentive Program Design:
  • Collaborate with the commercial operations leadership to design and develop incentive program aligned with business objectives and sales strategies.
  • Propose creative and effective incentive structures to drive desired behaviors and outcomes.
Calculation and Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain robust systems for calculating incentives and commissions accurately.
  • Generate regular reports to provide insights into the effectiveness of incentive programs and their
  • impact on performance.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize data analysis tools to assess the impact of incentives on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making on incentive program adjustments.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with finance and HR departments to ensure seamless integration of incentive program with payroll and compensation processes.
  • Agent Incentives Management:
  • Calculate and manage incentives for KOKO Agents, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of rewards.
  • Develop clear and transparent communication channels to educate agents on incentive structures and eligibility criteria.
Compliance and Governance:
  • Ensure that incentive programs adhere to legal and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Establish and maintain documentation of incentive program policies and guidelines.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing incentive programs and propose enhancements or modifications as needed.
What You Will Bring
  • 2+ years of work experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
  • Expert computer skills, with Google Suite and CRM experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team-first attitude with a high level of dedication
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
