Job Description

AUTO24 is a leading company in the automotive industry, seeking a Finance and Human Resources Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations and human resources activities of our company, ensuring that we remain financially stable while providing excellent support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and human resources management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded
  • Develop financial strategies that support the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Manage the recruitment, selection, and retention of employees, including overseeing performance evaluations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures that ensure compliance with legal requirements and support employee engagement
  • Monitor and manage employee benefits, including negotiating and managing contracts with benefit providers
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and best practices in finance and human resources management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in finance and human resources management
  • Professional qualification CPA/ACCA/ACA.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other teams and departments
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
