GreenA Consultants is looking for a skilled Lead Site Engineer to join our team. . You should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct site visits to report on progress and provide technical advice
- Co-ordinate with design and construction teams to ensure project success
- Maintain accurate records of site activities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Prepare and provide regular progress reports to the project manager
Requirements
- Master degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 10 years of site engineering experience, in manging a green project
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- In-depth knowledge of design and construction processes
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet project deadlines.
